30th June, 1921, I have the honour to inform you that Mr. Albrechtsen's money is still in the hands of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. He should present his pass-book, which is returned herewith, at the London Office of the bank, to which all enemy balances have been transferred from the Head Office.
